Yo, this is my latest 3D illustration, Art Ventura. This was my entry for the CGSociety "Secret Agent" Challenge. And I proudly get CGChoiceAward from cgsociety too.> <

Story:
Fireantz Studios is having a composition crisis. And who else better to call than ART Ventura the CG Detective. Art Ventura is a carricature of Ace Ventura and has solved numerous mysterious CG cases. And now before you he and his pet monkey poses a smile in order to complete the mission.

BoB Alien

Hi, its time to updated my artblog. XD
This baby Alien's shape was designed by famous artist,Bobby Chiu.
So,I called it Bob Alien. ^.-v

I started model the base mesh in maya.
Export to zbrush for detailing as usual.
Did a ZB's decimation, then render in hypershot with few passes.
( reflection, difuss, sss)
Then composited & color correction in PS .

Yo, I had long time didnt design own characters. Feel free, sketch some design in my favo tools, Zbrush. All design is quite fast, not much detail but design focus on shape, around 1/2 ~1 hr each. Sculpting with Empty mind n without reference.

My conclusion is, I found all my own design look childish~! XD
Maybe next time I can do 3d children illustration. Hahaha.... I luv it~!
Any good investor introduce ?

I call her "Nritta". Nritta meaning as "Pure Dance" in traditional of India, their purpose is to create a collage of rhythmic
lines, forms and shapes for the sake of their own art - to share the beauty of the abstract form.

My jobs was export .obj drag into 3d app , apply textures, lighting then render. ENjoys~!

Concept: If you were to describe me as a white piece of paper, it is unfortunate that it no longer is. It's not because it has been contaminated, rather it is because there was a drawing of a heart drawn by you. ( thanks for hammy help me translate)
